I have nothing negative or even neutral to say about Dr Thomas AND her staff. Every aspect of my experience has been wonderful. I went to my dentist and was told I might lose a tooth within "weeks or maybe months" but I couldn't see their periodontist for nearly a month -- seriously! I called around and only one receptionist of all that I encountered was moved by the urgency I was feeling-- Dr Thomas' office. They got me in the very next week and got a handle on my situation. I have to say that I LOVE DrThomas! She is so smart and confident but also a great listener and a compassionate spirit. Rosa, her assistant or hygienist (?) is amazing! She patiently explained how I've been flossing incorrectly my whole life and got (all) my skills up to par. The improvement in my gums is remarkable. I also should mention that the front office person is equally wonderful. She is very bright, always seems to know who she is expecting and what she needs from them-- how refreshing! (I have a lot of doctors and am so tired of reception people who need a whole story before they can then consult their monitor to see what they need to do for me). I can completely and without any reservation recommend
